With 30 years in the industry, Dave Dusendang has served in leadership roles of more than 1,000 projects in a wide array of capacities. From condos to single-family homes to large commercial projects, Dave’s expertise as a carpenter, general contractor, builder, and developer has given him an unmatched and industry-leading level of expertise that leads his companies to provide exceptional levels of service from start to finish. Over the past 10+ years, Dave has focused on building homes along the West Michigan lakeshore including more than 100 residential units in the City of Muskegon.

A transplant to the Muskegon Area in 2013, Frank has spent much of his time on the Lakeshore working to improve the economics and quality of life in the City of Muskegon. Frank has led several large public and private investment efforts in Muskegon County, including the design and construction of the Van Dyk Mortgage Convention Center, hundreds of new residential units, and several community-based projects. Frank is Currently the Vice President of WheelFish Group - the owner and developer of Atwater Springs.
